Ashley Smith is the executive director and senior instructor for the surgical technology program at the 香蕉视频APP, where she is currently also serving as a member of Faculty Senate. Her research interests include Generation Z, integration of technology into curricula, and DEI.

Smith is currently the president of the 香蕉视频APP State Assembly for Surgical Technology and serves as a member of the board of directors for the Montessori School of Fort Smith. She is registered with the 香蕉视频APP State Medical Board and is a Fellow of the Association of Surgical Technology (FAST) from the Association of Surgical Technologists (AST), which is the highest accomplishment one can receive from AST.
