Robert Pasin is the third-generation leader and Chief Wagon Officer of one of America's most iconic family-owned companies. As the grandson of founder Antonio Pasin, Robert has guided the century-old business through a remarkable period of innovation, growth, and reinvention while preserving the values and culture that have made Radio Flyer a household name for generations.
Under Robert's leadership, Radio Flyer has expanded far beyond its classic wagon roots, introducing award-winning ride-ons, scooters, tricycles, and outdoor products while remaining committed to its mission of creating smiles and warm memories for families. His leadership has helped transform the company into a modern, innovative organization while honoring the legacy established in 1917, earning national recognition for both innovation and workplace culture along the way.
